Підставою для внесення змін до договору є зміни у фінансуванні об’єкта на підставі рішення Здолбунівської міської ради від 30.09.2020 року №1232 «Про внесення змін до місцевих програм міста Здолбунів на 2020 рік», а саме збільшення суми кошторисних призначень на 2020 рік.
