Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення обсягів товару за даним Договором на закупівлю за кодом «Рибні консерви та інші рибні страви» (сардина, бички) ДК021:2015: 15240000-2, а саме: Бички обжарені в томатному соусі по 0,24кг (у жерстяних банках) на кг 275,280 до 1652,28 кг.
Збільшити суму Договору № 58 від «11» лютого 2019 р. на 26575,53 грн. з ПДВ.
