Note:
1. Відповідно до частини 4 пункту 5 статті 41 (у зв’язку затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника) Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору №309, укладеного 27.09.2921 між Залізничною районною адміністрацією та ПП «СРБК «Портал» та викласти пункти 2.2, 12.1,, договору у новій редакції;
2,2, Вартість робіт, що фінансуються за рахунок коштів Замовника згідно умов Програми у розмірі 90% від суми договору, що становить 1 195 772,34 грн ( один мільйон сто дев'яносто п’ять тисяч сімсот сімдесят дві гривні 34 коп.), з ПДВ.;
- 2.2,1. Вартість робіт, що фінансуються за рахунок коштів Замовника згідно умов Програми у розмірі 90% від суми договору, у 2021 році, що становить 815 969,44 грн, (вісімсот п’ятнадцять тисяч дев'ятсот шістдесят дев'ять грн. 44 коп.), з ПДВ.
- 2.2.2. Вартість робіт, що фінансується за рахунок коштів Замовника згідно умов Програми у розмірі 90% від суми договору у наступному бюджетному періоді (2022 році), що становитиме 379 802,90 грн. (триста сімдесят дев'ять тисяч вісімсот дві грн. 90 коп,), з ПДВ.
