Note:
1. На підставі положення розділу 12 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для завершення процедури закупівлі на початок 2024 року, а саме по 31.01.2024 року.
2. На підставі ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ Про публічні закупівлі, визначити , що вартість даної додаткової угоди не перевищує 20% суми фінансових зобов'язань за договором.
3. Сторони домовилися збільшити суму договору послуг та викласти пункт 3.1Договору у такій редакції.
3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 32730,90 грн без ПДВ.
