Керуючись п.п.4 п.1.5. Договору, п.4 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору та строк поставки товару та викласти п. 5.2. та п. 11.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.2. Продавець поставляє товар відповідно до Специфікації протягом 30 календарних днів від дня отримання письмової заявки Покупця, але не пізніше 31.12.2022 р.»;
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами і діє по 31.12.2022 р., а у частині гарантійних термінів та взаєморозрахунків - до моменту повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.»
