Note:
Згідно п. 11.2 Договору та п.п. 1, 7 п. 19 постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня припинення його або скасування», Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору та пункт 3.3 розділу ІІІ Договору доповнити новим абзацом:
“Вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год становить: з 01.06.2023р. – 1,30373 грн. (без ПДВ)” (Далі – за текстом).
2. Додаток № 1 до Договору № 29/12-2022 від 29 грудня 2022 р. викласти у новій редакції, який є невід'ємною частиною цієї додаткової угоди та Договору № 29/12-2022 від 29 грудня 2022 р.
3. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна договору на період з « 01 » січня 2023 по « 31 » грудня 2023 становить 1 985 395 грн. 83 коп. (один мільйон дев’ятсот вісімдесят п’ять тисяч триста дев’яносто п’ять грн. 83 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 330 899 грн. 30 коп. ( триста тридцять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 30 коп.)
