Керуючись Постановою НКРЕКП №3013 від 24.12.2019р. та п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", з 01.03.2020р. коефіцієнт, який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу, становить 1,10 умовних одиниць. В зв'язку з цим збільшується ціна за 1 тис. куб. м на 0,28% і становить 5293,85 грн. з ПДВ; річний плановий обсяг постачання газу зменшується до 122,187888 тис. м3; сума договору зменшується на 0,93 коп. та становить 646670,44грн.
