На підставі п.8 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 13.2 та п.13.6 Договору, у зв'язку із закінченням дії Договору №21900155 від 01.04.2021 року, Сторони погодили продовжувати дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної в договорі , укладеному в цьому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
