У зв’язку зі зменшенням фактичного обсягу споживання теплової енергії внаслідок перерозподілу планів асигнувань загального та спеціального спеціального фондів до Договору від 28.01.2020 р. №243/20 Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі та відповідно ціну договору на 364983грн 22 коп ( триста шістдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят три грн. 22 коп. з ПДВ)
Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «. Ціна договору становить 683356 грн. 78 коп. (шістсот вісімдесят три тисячі триста п’ятдесят шість грн.78 коп. з ПДВ) .

Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №243/20 від 28.01.2020 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
Пункт1.2 додатку 1 до Договору №243/20 від 28. 01.2020 року доповнити наступним абзацом:
Збільшити загальну кількість на 65Гкал
Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 109157грн. 41коп.(сто дев'ять тисяч сто п’ятдесят сім грн.41 коп.) з ПДВ.
