Note:
Відповідно до норм ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон), ч.1 ст. 651, ст.ст. 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до п.4.1, п.8.1., п.8.2., п.10.1. Договору № 0103212 від 01 березня 2021 року (далі – Договір), укладеного відповідно до закупівлі UA-2021-01-26-012247-b, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме: 209 400,00 (двісті дев’ять тисяч чотириста грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 34 900,00 грн., згідно Специфікації (Додаток №1, що є невід’ємною частиною Додаткової угоди).
