Керуючись ст. ст. 651, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, згідно пункту 7.1., Договору, відповідно до фінансування Замовника на виконання будівельних робіт у 2022 році, за яким здійснюється авторський нагляд, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору:
пункт 2.1. Договору змінити та викласти в наступній редакції:

у 2021 році – 63180,00 грн. , в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 10530,00 грн.
у 2022 році –0,00 грн. (нуль грн. 00 коп.);
у 2023 році -1620,00 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 270,00 грн.»
