У зв’язку зі зменшенням фактичного обсягу споживання електроенергії по Договору до договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за державні кошти №17 від 14.04.2021р.(далі-Договір) виникла необхідність привести фінансові зобов’язання у відповідність до юридичних зобов’язань.Відповідно до п.1.3 частини 1 Договору "Обсяги закупівлі послуг з розподілу електричної енергії можуть бути зменшенні залежно від реального фінансування видатків", тому ціна Договору зменшується на суму 369486,71грн, та складає 417342,75 грн, в тому числі ПДВ-68557,13грн.
