Note:
Відповідно до статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 19 Особливостей, вносяться зміни в Договір № 1129/2023 від 06.02.2023 про постачання електричної енергії постачальником «останньої надії», а саме:
1. Зменшення вартості Договору, через зменшення обсягів використаної електричної енергії. Обсяги складають 66217,00 кВат*год на суму 408138,91 грн.
2. Договір № 1129/2023 від 06.02.2023 діє до 28.02.2023 року. Причиною зменшення строку дії договору стало – заключення договору з новим постачальником, після проведення процедури Відкриті Торги.
