При детальному розгляді спрощеної закупівлі «Електрична енергія» (ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія) ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2020-12-08-005485-a, проведеної Львівським Будинком Органної та камерної Музики, було виявлено технічну помилку в закупівлі по предмету 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія. Технічна помилка була допущена фахівцем з публічних закупівель при оприлюднені додаткової угоди. Зокрема був неправильно вказаний номер додаткової угоди.
