Note:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 9.1 Розділу 9 «Строк дії Договору» Договору та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме:
«9.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 01.03.2027 року. Договір пролонгується на один календарний рік на тих самих умовах, якщо жодна із Сторін письмово не заявить про його припинення не менше ніж за 15 (п’ятнадцять) календарних днів до закінчення строку дії Договору. Кількість разів пролонгації Договору не обмежується.».
2. Додаток 2 «Порядок та умови здійснення Сторонами ОСЕД» до Договору викладено в новій редакції.
