Відповідно калькуляції вартості наданих реабілітаційних послуг сторони дійшли згоди меншити ціну Договору на суму 3340 грн. 00 коп. та внести зміни до пункту 2.1.Договору. Також внести зміни до пункту 1.3 Розділу 1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ виклавши в наступній редакції: "1.3 Реабілітаційні послуги згідно умов Договору надаються з 14.08.2023р. по 24.08.2023р.включно".
