1. У зв`язку з тим, що на момент закінчення дії Договору залишились невиконані зобов`язання в частині оплати Покупцем товару через відсутність фінансування Сторони домовились внести зміни в розділ 8 «Строк дії договору» та викласти п.8.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання обома Сторонами та його скріплення печатками Сторін, але не раніш ніж через 10 (десять) днів з дня оприлюднення на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу повідомлення про намір укласти Договір за результатами застосування переговорної процедури закупівлі і діє до 31.03.2021р., а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного їх здійснення».
