У звязку з необхідністю проведення Замовником тендерної процедури на початку наступного року, згідно ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на строк до 01.04.2020 року, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі ( з урахування змін, внесених додатковими угодами до договору).

Сторони домовились укласти додаткову угоду №2 до договору про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти (енергія електрична) №2 від 11.01.2019 року про збільшення суми на 275862,80 грн.
