У зв’язку з підвищенням ціни на природний газ на ринку, що підтверджується ціновою довідкою за №278/21 від 05.02.2021р. наданої Харківською торгово-промисловою палатою а тому керуючись п. 2 частини 5 статті 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовилися збільшити ціну газу до 10% та внести зміни до Договору на постачання природного газу № 04-2021 від 01.02.2021 року.
