Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.8.2 договору про надання медичних послуг №330 від 20.08.2020 року може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. Враховуючи вищевикладене, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору та строк надання медичних послуг до 31.03.2021 року, внести зміни та викласти п.8.1 в новій редакції.
