• Інша опалювальна за 1 Гкал 1569,41 грн.,об "єм постачання 207,8 Гкал на суму 326123 грн.40коп. (Триста двадцять шість тисяч сто двадцять три грн. 40 коп.)
об’єм постачання на 2017 рік _287,2809 Гкал на суму 444 000грн. 00 коп.(Чотириста сорок чотири тисячі грн. 00 коп.)

Note:
1. Продовжити строк дії Договору на час, достатній Покупцеві для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного – 2018 року та викласти п. 10.1. Договору у такій редакції:
“10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме до 31.03.2018 р.”
2. Погодити збільшення ціни Договору на суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2017 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовника) і буде остаточно узгоджена Сторонами в окремій Додатковій угоді.
