У зв’язку із допущенням арифметичної помилки відображеної в преамбулі Договору №34 від 22 липня 2020 р., тому задля виправлення даної помилки, котра не впливає на зміст правовідносин та не створює підстав для визнання договору не дійсним, з врахуванням положень за пунктом 18. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди викласти преамбулу в новій редакції: «Попаснянська гімназія №20 Попаснянської районної ради Луганської області (далі – «Замовник»), в особі директора гімназії Машина Валерія Павловича, що діє на підставі Статуту, з однієї сторони, ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «АНСЕЛ ГРУП» (далі – «Підрядник*»), в особі Ковтун Андрій Іванович, що діє на підставі Статуту, виписка з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань від 01.06.2016 року № 1 070 102 0000 063444, є платником на загальній системі оподаткування.»
