1. Сторони вирішили внести зміни до Договору, зокрема:
1.1. Пункт 1.2. Розділу І «Предмет договору» - виключити.
1.2. Пункт 3.1. Розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору» викласти в наступній редакції.:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору, відповідно до Протоколу погодження договірної ціни (додаток 3), становить 946 000 грн. 00 коп. (Дев’ятсот сорок шість тисяч грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 157 666 грн. 67 коп., в т.ч.:
- на 2016 рік – 473 000 грн. 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ – 78 833 грн. 34 коп. ;
- на 2017 рік – 473 000 грн. 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ – 78 833 грн. 33 коп.»
1.3. Підпункт 6.3.1. пункту 6.3. Розділу VІ. «Права та обов’язки» - виключити.
2. Сторони вирішили внести зміни до Додатків 2, 3, 4 Договору, виклавши їх в новій редакції (додаються).
