Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни ло розділу 4 "Ціна договору" , а саме зменшити обсяги фінансування на 2021 р. на 536000,00 грн.(п'ятсот тридцять шість тисяч гривень 00 копійок) та п.4.1 викласти в наступній редакції :"Договірна ціна на виконання підрядних робіт на об'єкті включно з поставкою обладнання становить - 4473134,00грн (чотири мільйони чотириста сімдесят три тисячі сто тридцять чотири гривні 00 копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ -745522,33 грн.(Сімсот сорок п'ять тисяч п'ятсот двадцять дві гривні 33 копійки) є динамічною і визначається на основі Кошторису , а саме :
на 2019 рік -1287150,77 грн.(один мільйон двісті вісімдесят сім тисяч сто п'ятдесят гривень 77 копійок) в т.ч ПДВ (20%)-214525,13 грн.(двісті чотирнадцять тисяч п'ятсот двадцять п'ять гривень 13 копійок);
на 2020 рік -1450308,00 грн.(один мільйон чотириста п'ятдесят тисяч триста вісім гривень 00 копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ (20%)-241718,00 грн.(двісті сорок одна тисяча сімсот вісімнадцять гривень 00копійок);
