У зв"язку з набранням чинності окремих положень Закону України від 13.04.2017 року № 2019-VIII "Про ринок електричної енергії", з 10 грудня 2018 року набирає чинності інший порядок постачання електричної енергії, відповідно до якого оператору системи розподілу заборонено здійснювати діяльність з виробництва та/або передачі, та/або постачання електричної енергії. Враховуючи зазначене, сторони домовились припинити дію договору від 12.01.2018 року № 44/347 30 листопада 2018 року та відповідно відкоригувати обсяги закупівлі у бік їх зменшення.
