Note:
1. Викласти пункт 1.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Постачальник зобов’язується до 31.03.2021 року поставити Замовнику товар, зазначений у Договорі, а Замовник – прийняти і оплатити такий товар».
2. Викласти пункт 5.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Строк поставки товару: з січня по 31.03.2021 року (окремими партіями протягом 3 днів з дня подання заявки)».
3. Викласти пункт 10.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.03.2021р., а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх завершення»
4. Відповідно до пункту 10.3 Договору вартість товару збільшити на 68 801,00 грн. (шістдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот одна гривня 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 4 501,00 грн. (чотири тисячі п'ятсот одна гривня 00 копійок).
5. У разі необхідності сума, зазначена в п. 4 цієї Додаткової угоди, може бути відкоригована (в межах, що не перевищують 20% суми Договору) шляхом її переукладення. Попередня редакція Додаткової угоди, за наявності такої, втрачає чинність.
6. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
