Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору про закупівлю та строк виконання зобов'язань щодо передачі товару у зв'язку з виникненням документально підтверджених обєктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили.
