Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закон України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились збільшити суму Договору на 2019 рік (69 317,34 грн.), за рахунок збільшення обсягів, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі. Загальна сума Договору складатиме - 415 904,04 грн.

Керуючись нормами цивільного і господарського законодавства, а також відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, та, як наслідок, зменшити суму договору на 96,90 грн. (Дев’яносто шість гривень 90 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 6,34 грн. (Шість гривень 34 копійок), у зв’язку з чим пункт Договору 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції «Сума Договору встановлюється у національній валюті України та становить 415 807,14 грн. (Чотириста п’ятнадцять тисяч вісімсот сім гривень 14 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 27 202,34 грн. (Двадцять сім тисяч двісті дві гривні 34 копійки).
