1. Пункт 3.1 розділу 3 Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Оплата послуг здійснюється «Споживачем» відповідно до тарифів, діючих на момент отримання послуг водовідведення, затверджених органом, уповноваженим на це Законом України згідно рахунку та акту наданих послуг, щомісячно до останнього числа поточного (розрахункового) місяця. – за тарифом на послуги водовідведення – 7,58 грн. за 1 куб.м. з врахуванням ПДВ; У випадку зміни тарифів, оплата послуг здійснюється «Споживачем» по новим тарифам без зміни інших умов договору та згідно ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII. Зміна тарифів відбувається з моменту набуття чинності відповідного рішення такого уповноваженого органу, при цьому Сторони керуються чинним законодавством .
