У зв’язку із необхідністю проведення Покупцем на початку 2020 року процедури закупівлі добрив відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 9.15 Договору на постачання товару №2503/19-1 від 25 березня 2019 року уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сума додаткової угоди складає 108780,00 грн. (сто вісім тисяч сімсот вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок), що не перевищує 20 (двадцять) % ціни Договору постачання товару №2503/19-1 від 25 березня 2019 року.
2. Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент) та кількість Товару наведені у специфікації (Додаток 1 Додаткової угоди №3 від 11.03.2020р. до цього Договору).
