У зв’язку зі зміною ціни природного газу Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити п.3.2 Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів наступною редакцією: «Ціна газу за 1000 куб. м без ПДВ становить 7458,31 грн., крім того компенсація вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 157,19 грн. Податок на додану вартість по ставці 20 % становить 1523.10 грн. Всього ціна газу з ПДВ за 1000 куб.м становить 9138. 60 грн.». Викласти в наступній редакції п. 1.2: «Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу - до 27.106 тис. куб, м., пункт 1.3. Договору викладено у новій редакції. Викласти в наступній редакції п.3.6: «Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором , та становить без ПДВ 242073.19 грн. ПДВ 20 % - 48414.64 грн., разом з ПДВ 290487.83 (Двісті дев’яносто тисяч чотириста вісімдесят сім грн. 83 коп.).
