Внесено зміни в реквізити постачальника, а саме змінено банківські реквізити. Реквізити не є істотними умовами і взагалі умовами договору, але у ст. 10 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" визначено, що повідомлення про внесення змін до договору оприлюднюється замовником на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу протягом трьох днів з дня внесення змін. Тобто в Законі не вказано конкретно повідомлення про які зміни необхідно публікувати. Тому, враховуючи, що Закон має більшу вагу ніж наказ органу центральної державної влади, вважаємо, що необхідно оприлюднювати повідомлення про внесення будь-яких змін до договору про закупівлю.
