Керуючись приписами пункту 4 частини п’ятої ст. 41 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) сторони дійшли згоди внести до Договору від 26.07.2021 № 26/07/2021-1-7 (далі – Договір), наступні зміни: 1.1. викласти п. 1.3 .Договору у наступній редакції - Виконавець зобов'язується почати здійснення технічного нагляду за роботами з капітального ремонту на об'єкті з 26 липня 2021р. по 30 вересня 2021р.
