Сторони керуючись статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 12.1 Договору від 20.09.2017 №777 (далі – Договір), дійшли взаємної згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору в частині того, що: 1.Цiна цього залишається незмінною. 2. На виконання розпорядження виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської мiської державної адмiнiстрацiї) від 25.04.2019 №765 «Про внесення змін до розпорядження виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської мiської державної адмiнiстрацiї) від 09січня 2019 №30 «Про деякі питання виконання Програми економічного і соціального розвитку м. Києва на 2018-2020 роки у 2019 році» у зв’язку із наявністю бюджетних призначень оплата за роботи, що будуть виконані у 2019році, загальною вартістю 114979,79грн буде здійснена за рахунок коштів спеціального фонду міського бюджету по КПКВ 2818311, КЕКВ 3210. 3. Bci iншi умови Договору, не змінені цiєю Додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції i Сторони підтверджують її обов’язковість щодо себе.
