В зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю Сторони погодились:
1.Зменьшити обсяг розподілу активної електричної енергії на 594 000 кВт*год та викласти п.1.3. даного Договору в наступній редакції:
п.1.3. «Кількість :
-послуги з розподілу електричної енергії – 2 148 794кВт*год згідно з встановленими відповідними тарифами на дату проведення процедури закупівлі.»
2.Зменьшити ціну договору на суму 820 004,47 грн.(вісімсот двадцять тисяч чотири грн.47 коп) та викласти п.2.1. даного Договору в наступній редакції:
п.2.1. «Ціна цього договору на момент його укладення становить 2 966 367,92 грн.(два мільйони дев’ятсот шістдесят шість тисяч триста шістдесят сім грн. 92коп), з ПДВ, в тому числі фінансування загального фонду :
107229,20 грн.(сто сім тисяч двісті двадцять дев’ять грн. 20 коп);
-та фінансування спеціального фонду :
2 859 138,72 грн.(два мільйони вісімсот п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч сто тридцять вісім грн. 72 коп).
3. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
