В зв'язку із затримкою фінансування витрат Споживача, зобов'язання останнього в частині повного розрахунку за надані послуги не були виконані, тому, керуючись п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIIІ, сторони вирішили продовжити термін дії Договору до повного виконання зобов'язань (оплати заборгованості) та відповідно вирішили внести зміни до п. 10.1. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції: “п. 10.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з 01.01.2017 р. і діє до 28.02.2018 року, в частині розрахунків до повного їх проведення.
