Керуючись п.п.4 п.19 Постанови від 12.10.2022 №1178 «Про затвердження особливостей
здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених
Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в
Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (далі ПКМУ від
12.10.2022 №1178), Сторони домовились продовжити строк виконання експертизи проектної
документації по вказаному Договору, внести зміни в п.4.1. Договору №00-0539/01-23/ІЗ/
19-124-08-23-21547 від 14.11.2023 р., та викласти його в наступній редакції: «Проведення
Експертизи здійснюється Виконавцем у термін до 30.04.2024».Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору до 30.12.2024».
