Ціна Робіт без ПДВ: 38 564 833,00 грн.;
ПДВ (20 %): 7 712 966,60 грн.;
Ціна Робіт з ПДВ: 46 277 799,60 грн. (сорок шість мільйонів двісті сімдесят сім тисяч сімсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 60 коп.), у тому числі за рахунок бюджетних коштів на 2023 рік 46 277 799,60 грн. (сорок шість мільйонів двісті сімдесят сім тисяч сімсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 60 коп.),
У тому числі:
- за рахунок місцевого бюджету – 19 720 093,28 грн (Дев’ятнадцять мільйонів сімсот двадцять тисяч дев’яносто три гривні 28 копійок);
- за рахунок державного бюджету – 26 557 706,32 грн (Двадцять шість мільйонів п’ятсот п’ятдесят сім тисяч сімсот шість гривень 32 копійки).
2. Пункт 6.1 Договору викладено в наступній редакції :
Початок та закінчення Робіт визначається календарним графіком виконання робіт(Додаток 2), який є невід’ємною частиною Договору , але не пізніше 24 грудня 2023 року.
3. Пункт 13.1 Договору викладено в наступній редакції:
Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
4. План фінансування об’єкта (Додаток 3) викладено в новій редакції.
5. Місце знаходження та банківські реквізити сторін викладено в новій редакції.
