1. На підставі п. 2) ч. 4. ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції, Сторони вирішили внести зміни у пункт 4.2. Договору, а саме :
Ціна природного газу за 1 000 м. куб. з врахуванням тарифу на транспортування природного газу, податків та зборів передбачених чинним законодавством України, у жовтні 2017 року становить 9 435 грн. 60 коп.
2. Сума договору залишається без змін.
