Відповідно до частини ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р. Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти №16001/2018 від 12.02.18 р. до 31.03.2019 р. у зв`язку з чим: Пункт 10.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його Сторонами і діє до повного виконання Сторонами передбачених ним зобов’язань, але не пізніше 31 березня 2019 року.»
