Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.п.10.3, 11.1.7 Договору про надання послуг №88/К від 04.03.2019р. (далі – Договір) внести зміни до Договору, а саме збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі, за рахунок коштів спеціального фонду на суму 84 988,10., та керуючись п.п. 12.1, 12.5 Договору, без зміни істотних умов, внести зміни до Розділу 14 «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» Договору, виклавши його в новій редакції шляхом укладення додаткової угоди №4.
