1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 02.04.2020р., а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 3 від 30.12.2020р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 41 307,00 грн. (сорок одна тис. триста сім грн.). Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 8 255,00 грн. (вісім тисяч двісті п’ятдесят п’ять гривен 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 1 375,83 грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
