У зв'язку з підвищенням ціни електричної енергії на ринку , Сторони домовились збільшити з 01.03.2021 р. граничну ціну за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії з 3,025грн.за 1 кВт*год без урахування ПДВ до 3,32295 грн. за 1 кВт*год без урахування ПДВ, підвищення становить 0,29795 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ (на 9,849528%), що знаходиться в межах збільшення (коливання) закупівельної ціни на ринку електричної енергії та одночасно в межах дозволеного п.2 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про пудтічні закупівлі" граничного розміру збільшення ціни товару.
