Note:

Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.11.2. Договору №27-640 від 23.03.2020 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 71 700,00 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає – 430 200,00 грн. з ПДВ) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2021 року.
