Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання сторонами і до скасування воєнного стану в Україні, оголошеного Указом Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 та продовженого відповідно до Указу Президента України «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» від 18.04.2022 № 259/2022, але не пізніше ніж до 31.12.2022. У частині оплати — до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань за цим Договором. Строк дії договору може бути подовжено за згодою сторін автоматично, без укладення додаткової угоди у разі продовження строку воєнного стану в Україні понад період, визначений Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 року №64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» зі змінами.
