Керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі), та пунктом 4.4. Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – бензину А-95, Внаслідок зміни ціни на товар, зменшується кількість товару згідно Специфікації, при цьому сума договору залишається незмінною.
