Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 12.2 Договору на закупівлю: ДК 021:2015 Кейтерингові послуги (55520000-1) (Послуги з організації шкільного харчування) уклали між собою дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
Обсяг закупівлі продовженого Договору № 2/3 від 17.08.2021, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної у вище зазначеному договорі становить: 106 226.00 грн. без ПДВ.
