1.1. Пункт 3.1. Розділу 3. Ціна Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 24 324,50 грн., ПДВ 20% – 4 864,90 грн., усього 29 189,40 грн. (Двадцять дев’ять тисяч сто вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 40 коп.)»
1.2. Пункт 3.2. Розділу 3. Ціна Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.2. Тариф з 01.12.2020р. по 22.03.2021р., відповідно до Рішення Борівської районної ради Харківської області LXIV сесії VІІ скликання від 01.12.2020р., становить 2 106,41 грн. за 1 Гкал теплової енергії без урахування ПДВ (з урахуванням ПДВ 20% – 2 527,692 грн.).
Тариф з 23.03.2021р., відповідно до рішення Борівської селищної ради VII сесії VIІІ скликання №7 від 23.03.2021р., становить 2 292,92 грн. за 1 Гкал теплової енергії без урахування ПДВ (з урахуванням ПДВ 20% – 2 751,504 грн.).
