Враховуючи положення частини 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку» погоджено збільшення суми договору на 687 912,63 грн., згідно специфікації. Загальна сума за цим договором складає 4 146 889,83 грн. (чотири мільйони сто сорок шість тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят дев’ять гривень 83 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 271 291,86 грн. (двісті сімдесят одна тисяча двісті дев’яносто одна гривня 86 коп.). Загальна кількість товарів – 37 376 шт.
