Note:
1. Дію договору № 24-42 від 27 травня 2016 р. продовжити до 31 березня 2017 р. включно. У зв’язку з цим внести зміни у пункти 5.1 і 10.1, виклавши їх у новій редакції:
«5.1. Послуги за цим Договором надаються з 1 квітня 2016 р. (відповідно до частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України) до 31 березня 2017 року.»;
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з 27 травня 2016 і діє до 31 березня 2017 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.».

Загальна вартість послуг, зазначених у пункті 1 цього Додаткового договору, становить 74 429 грн. 40 коп. (дванадцять тисяч чотириста чотири грн. 90 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі № 24-42 від 27 травня 2016 р., з урахуванням ПДВ.
